Bookings are governed using simple rules to set the maximum and minimum parameters of a service, time slots and other details.
QBooking also contains a feature allowing you to share your experiences, either good or bad, with other members of the QBooking community. Reading informative reviews can help you deliver exceptional service, while bad reviews could help in deciding not to accept the reservation. A blacklist system has also been implemented, where if three venues have barred a guest, they will be barred from all venues.
