The Insights Snipper extension for Chrome will let anyone on your team select relevant user insights anywhere on the Web, for instance: from Drift, Zendesk, or other support systems, from your competitors’ websites, from online article comments, from social media like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Within a second they can send it to their team’s Insights account.
It helps in getting user insights in one place - collaboratively - so they are easily accessible for UX researchers / designers & product leaders to use for product decisions.
You need an account on Just Ask Users to use the Chrome Extension. Go to justaskusers.com and sign up to get an account.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You simply connect to your team’s Insights account
2. You can highlight any text on the Web, click the Insights button, and the text will be stored in Insights.
3. You can continue your work (or further analyze in Insights)
