UserZoom Heatmap Extension is a required browser extension that allows you to view heatmaps within the UserZoom Manager software. Users are asked to install the extension when trying to view a Heatmap, if the extension has not yet been installed.
Under no circumstances, UserZoom Heatmap Extension is installed without your consent.
REQUIRED USER PERMISSIONS
In order to install the UserZoom Surveys extension, you are requested to grant the following permissions:
Tabs: In order to access the content of the browser tabs. This is necessary to generate the UX Research results through the UserZoom Platform.
Cookies: Used to access and generate UserZoom related cookies. If you would like to read further on our use of cookies, you can do so by reading our Privacy Policy.
http:/// and https:///: This permission allows us to access any URL visited in order to identify the browser tab where the Heatmap is to be rendered.
IMPORTANT: Bear in mind that the UserZoom Heatmap extension will only interact with the browser tab when accessing a Heatmap from the UserZoom Platform.
