Designed specifically for businesses with between 10 and 250 users, Business Voice from Netfuse is a phone system built with ease of use, flexibility and accessibility in mind. Fully featured yet easy to configure, Business Voice phone systems can be configured and deployed in a matter of minutes.
With standard features including missed call alerts, caller ID, audio announcements, SIP termination and mobile diverts; and instant add-ons ranging from conferencing and call recording to time of day routing and IVR menus; business voice lets you tailor your phone system to your businesses changing needs.
With business voice, you can:
-Divert calls to landlines or mobiles
-Distribute calls into ring groups or queues
-Have your voicemail emailed to you
-Route calls based on the time of day, day of the week or the date
-Handle calls with an auto attendant / IVR (press 1 for sales, 2 for support etc...)
-Deliver calls over the internet to SIP enabled phones
-Decide wether to record inbound calls
