When you create that folder YOU get decide who can view it, edit it or (if you really want) delete it. And that's true for every folder you create, see you can keep some things private, share things a little or share all of it!
Collabor8online includes automatic version control, which makes it great for document revisions, specifications and technical drawings or anything that changes frequently.
It includes calendars which links through to Google Calendar, To Do lists for those tasks that need to get done, and a full comments, messages and discussions tab which links seamlessly through to your email.
