This companion Chrome extension for Geodatafy allows users to launch files they have found in Geodatafy using the native registered application in Windows. For example if we searched for a term, lets say "River Basin" and we got a mixture of 10 documents, some PDF and some Word, the user is able to click the document and launch / open the document using Microsoft Word or PDF viewer.
The document is opened from the location recorded at the time of indexing, this means providing the path has not changed since last index it will open in place avoiding duplication of documents.
