This extension remove this types of popups and re-enables scrolling functionality of the pages.
There is different options that you can specify through extension's options.
An API for getting blacklisted HTML elements (by ID and/or class name) is provided.
Sometimes extension can block popups that aren't parasite ones because they behavior is suspicious. In this case you can just disable extension - I will improve it regularly.
