A seguir temos um guia de como instalar e usar esta ferramenta. É necessário ressaltar que o uso desta ferramenta é de total responsabilidade do usuário, não me responsabilizo pelo mal uso e possíveis problemas que possa ocorrer caso o usuário não instale e use o SIEPandemia de maneira correta descrita abaixo.
