The Gradient browser extension is a tool built for Amazon Sellers and Brands to help them understand the health of brands in their respective categories and against competitors. By selecting a product on Amazon and opening the plugin, the user will get the Gradient Score which tells how the selected brand is performing on the ecommerce site.
The Gradient Score is composed of three component scores, presence, positioning and customer response. From the Gradient extension the user can navigate directly to https://gradient.io where they can discover a larger set of insights and recommendations to help improve the health of their brand, find specific recommendations to grow sales and learn about the landscape of brands they are competing against.
