HACS 시스템은 B2B 서비스입니다. 저희는 최근 교육 기관을 위한 단말 관리 시스템을 개발하고 있고, 그 지원 단말 중 하나가 크롬북입니다.
*관리 대상 단말
교육 기관에서 사용하는 크롬북은 모두 CEU(Chrome Education Upgrade) 프로그램을 사용하고 있습니다.
*단말(크롬북) 관리 요구사항
TR069에서 지원하는 단말 속성은 여러 가지가 있지만 크롬북에서는 극히 일부 기능만 지원합니다.
- 단말 리소스 사용 정보 취득 및 서버 전송(CPU, 메모리, 스토리지 사용량)
- 단말에 설치된 앱 리스트 정보 취득 및 ACS 서버로 전송
* 단말 동작
위의 요구사항을 충족하기 위한 hacscwmp의 동작은 다음과 같습니다.
- ACS 서버와 통신하기 위한 단말 에이전트(CWMP client) 기능 수행
- 주기적인 서버 접속
- 단말 리소스 정보 취득(CPU, 메모리, 스토리지)
- 단말에 설치된 크롬 웹 앱 리스트 정보 취득
- ACS 서버로 정보 전달(RESTApi)
*ACS 서버
ACS 서버는 단말로부터 수집한 상태 정보를 가공하여 저장합니다.
관리자는 ACS 서버를 통해 전체 단말의 통계 및 개별 단말의 현재 상태, 누적 통계 등의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
특히 관리자는 문제가 있다고 보고된 단말에 대해 수집된 단말 정보를 바탕으로 원인을 유추하여 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
