Description

The WMS operation analysis tool is developed based on WMS system to analyze data and operate and monitor data. It implements data analysis in the 20+ dimension of four aspects. (1) Visualized analysis of operation efficiency of warehousing personnel; 2. Visualized and visualized analysis of warehouse inventory age, storage space usage, and material picking frequency based on the layout heat map; 3. Project-based outbound business analysis; 4. Global dimension business data analysis) The operation experience is greatly improved.
The main functions are as follows:
1. Display the Bill dashboard of the current outbound documents and the execution progress of each task (TaskDashboard).
2.WorkLoad: Inventory Operation Personnel Operation Visualization Analysis
Analyze which tasks are abnormal, and promptly discover and inform the warehouse to optimize the tasks, thereby improving the warehouse operation efficiency and saving the warehouse operation cost.
3.Layout heat map application
Based on the storage location modeling, set the precise scheduling layer (x, y, and z) coordinates for each locator, obtain inventory data in real time, and map the storage position usage, inventory age, and material picking batch to the locator layout diagram, different colors indicate different usage, inventory age, and distribution of picking frequencies. Assist management personnel to improve operation management quality.
3.Outbound: Project-based Outbound Business Analysis
Analyze the distribution of outbound business from the project group dimension, and visualize the outbound business volume of different projects.
4.Global: Analyze global business data.
5.worldmap: Displays the service status of each country based on the map mode.
