Colleagues.io offers two primary modules. Interview process management, and a Beautiful employees database. Interviews module makes companies focus on things that matter the most during the Interview Process - i.e. convincing the candidates of a great workplace to motivate their joining. It keeps the panel members, candidates, recruiters on the same page and keep them informed about round schedules, changes, discussion topics and other critical things. The candidates and panel can exchange feedback after a round. On the simplicity aspect, this tool has an extremely easy-to-use one-page user interface that utilizes obvious visual elements and natural flow of action.
Employees database provides a space for employees to build their profile and share it among their colleagues. They can enter details like their background, their skills and specialties, where did they work earlier, etc. We provide tools to make the profile rich and beautiful. Employees can pick from a set of pre-defined templates.
For administrators and HR personnel it provides tools to manage teams, add employees to them, set a manager to the team, set a template for employee profile fields, upload company logo, set reporting manager, import and manage employees. Based on the data entered by employees and administrators the tool automatically builds innovative and awesome looking org charts and team visualizations.
