With TubeKontrol, you can watch your favorite Spotify playlists as YouTube playlists.
All you have to do is:
1. Install the extension
2. Visit the page of your favorite playlist using the Spotify web player
3. Click on the red ribbon with text "Watch Video Playlist"
4. Enjoy and share. Your friends do not need the extension nor Spotify to be able to view the playlist that you have just created.
