VeriNews is a product that thrives to deal with fake news on the social media. It uses a comprehensive set of criteria to analyse the credibility of posts on social media platform Twitter, by leveraging on technologies such as Natural Language Processing.
After clicking a Twitter post and refreshing, the extension will give the user a detailed explanation of why certain news posts might be unreliable instead of just a Yes or No answer, which helps the user stay vigilant in the Digital World.
