Innitel's Click2Call and Pop-UP extension allows you to click any number inside your browser and connect the call directly to your SIP phone. Our smart C2C recognizes proper numbers and ensures country codes are present when needed and passes the proper format to Innitel's CloudPBX.
This version includes country detection, after clicking number it will prompt you for which country the number so it can add or remove digits.
INCOMING
When a call comes into your phone, Innitel C2C will also popup the name and number of the person calling! Further we added the ability to extend the popup to allow you to pop your CRM or ticketing system by passing the callers information in a string.
Now your zendesk or salesforce or other crm will automatically popup your callers information.
