This is very much a work in progress extension.
It functions as an auto quality picker for Twitch.tv
It uses the client side video stats and decides a quality every few seconds.
TwitchGenie is primarily intended for users with a poor connections that struggle to watch Twitch without stuttering and pausing.
TwitchGenie can mostly avoid video stuttering by changing the quality when it notices the stream is in danger of pausing to buffer.
Note: this extensions is not optimised and is very much a bare-bones extensions with several bugs.
It, for example, will try to change the quality of non-partnered streams that have no quality options. This from what i can tell is just a bit annoying and has no real impact.
