Adds a "Copy git branch name" button to Clubhouse stories. This reduces the amount of buttons you need to click to copy the branch name from three to one, compared to using Clubhouse git helpers.
The branch name prefix is configurable by clicking the extension icon, and entering some text. The branch name will have the format: [prefix]/[story id]/[story-name-slug].
