Before the meeting:

During the meeting:

* WorkLife creates a shared “WorkRoom” for each meeting. WorkRooms are shared documents where everyone can collaborate together in real-time. They are sort of like a Google doc, but with a structure optimized for meetings.
* Meeting attendees can join the WorkRoom to view the agenda, take notes, or assign action items.
* A countdown timer helps ensure the meeting stays on track and ends on time.

After the meeting:

* WorkLife automatically sends out a beautiful meeting summary to keep everyone informed
* WorkLife notifies people of their assigned action items and surfaces them at future meetings so that nothing falls through the cracks.
