Devido a desativação do suporte ao Applet Java pelos principais navegadores do mercado, a FP2 Tecnologia desenvolveu uma extensão no Chrome para leitura dos certificados digitais do modelo A3.
Através desta extensão (e de um software adicional) é possível acessar o hardware do leitor de Smartcard ou o próprio Token e realizar a assinatura do documento.
