WebRTC Video Chat is what you need! The application uses the standard functions of the browser and does not require any additional software.
All the connections are p2p(cient-client) and encrypted by https.

Instructions:
1) Open the extension
2) Write the name of the room or choose a random room
3) Send the name of the room to your friend
4) And now you can communicate

3) Отправить имя комнаты вашему другу
4) A теперь можно общаться
