F This Virus! will add expletives in front of coronavirus and related terms. It'll also swap out racist terms for the C-word with a we-know-this-is-racist-you're-not-fooling-anyone placeholder, because those terms have their own special place in hell. There's even a special feature to highlight politicians who "don't take responsibility at all" for their epic lack of foresight, preparation, or even just a vague sense of empathy- they get their own "(not responsible)" qualifier right after their name. How convenient!
Note that this extension defaults to no-holds-barred F-bombs, because that's frankly what this cluster of a situation calls for. But, if you'd prefer a more gentle tack, open the toolbar icon and turn the "swear slider" down a little.
