Vox populi is extension for web browser that allows discussion on any website. These days many websites heavily censor discussion, or remove discussion entirely. If you install Vox populi extension to your web browser, you will be able to comment any website simply by clicking on a button. Comments are stored on different servers so they cannot be removed or censored by site owners.
For example, when you visit following website:

You'll find that the comments section has been removed. If you install Vox populi extension, you click on a button and you see comments of others and you can comment this specific website. Comments are bound to site URL. First comment there is "This is my first post" and it is stored on this server

Because youtube.com does not have access to vp.hraj.net, they cannot remove this comment or censor it. You can store comments on your own server. You can even have multiple servers defined. As a bonus, you don't need to register nor login to milion different sites.
