Rượu thảo mộc Jagermeister là loại rượu được sản xuất tại Đức vào năm 1934. Với thành phần chính hơn 56 loại thảo mộc trái cây, rễ cây. Bao gồm: vỏ cam, chanh, cam thảo, hồi, nghệ tây, gừng quả cây bách xù, nhân sâm,…Các nguyên liệu trên được nghiền nhỏ, được ngâm trong nước và rượu 2 – 3 ngày. Hỗn hợp đó sẽ được lọc kỹ lưỡng và ủ trong thùng gỗ sồi trong vòng 1 năm và lọc hỗn hợp đó thêm 1 lần nữa. Cuối cùng, phần rượu thu về sẽ được hòa quyện cùng với đường, caramel và rượu.
