Why does Husky Chat need to “access your tabs and browsing activity” and "access your data on all websites"?
These alerts are triggered so Husky Chat can identify the site you are on and place you in the right "room". We need to access a website's DOM to overlay the chat window on webpages - which triggers the "access your data on all sites" alert as a side effect ... we are not, and will not be accessing users' data in any way - that's mad shady!
Why do I have to log-in?
Like many other sites, we find that by asking people to use social logins to authenticate themselves, the content itself become more valuable and rich.

For now, you’re going to need to refresh your existing pages to get Husky Chat to work – we’re working on resolving this issue so Husky Chat will be able to work on all websites, stay tuned!
