IBS Call Capture extension will improve your call center performance, not as a traditional call centre. The IBS Call Capture works as a Human Agent Assist by providing the real-time call script of the caller/customer to the Call Center Agent. Call Center Agents will be able to see suggestions in their agent desktops while staying in the call with the customer.
