Are you struggling to remember what snippets you already saved? Use our Snippet Browser to immediately find and copy the snippet you need. You can open the Snippet Browser on any website by clicking the Point icon or using the "CTRL + ." keyboard shortcut.

➤ Custom Snippets
Want to add your own message templates or blocks of text? If so, go to "my.pointapi.com" → "Customize" and add the passage. You can add as many custom snippets as you'd like.

➤ Inline search
As you type on one of our search-supported platforms (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Facebook, Zendesk, etc.), Point searches through your snippets and suggests them for you to use. After you select a snippet, it gets automatically pasted into your message.
