As long as you put business meeting on your calendar using your phone, tablet, or laptop MileLogr can reconstruct daily routes between your home/office and business locations and automatically calculate distances for the entire year.
The mileage report includes details like time, purpose, and attendees so in case of an audit it’s a better justification of deductibility than the traditional odometer-based mileage log, and certainly better than guesstimating. The service is free to try and free to find out how many deductible miles you have. You pay for the detailed trip-by-trip log.
