Description

Google Directory Export
This application help us to export Google organizational and user hierarchy into a .CSV (comma separated values) file. Information obtained can be further imported into a spreadsheet, and used as a planning tool to define taxonomy of the organization that maps users and job titles to specific business actions that create record types.

These record types, can be used to implement a record retention schedule for Google Vault and Google Drive

This tool works only for enterprise accounts on Google.
NOTE - Administrative privileges are required to use tool and its APIs in the Google Apps Control Panel

Output file contains.

Organizational Units like:
· Organisation Unit Name
· Path
· Parent Name
· Description

Users Units like:
· Name of the User
· Primary Email
· Secondary Email
· Organisation Unit
· Address - Work
· Address - Home
· Phone - Work
· Phone - Mobile
· Phone - Home
· Is Admin
· Is Mailbox Setup
· User account Suspended

This information can be used further for (LDAP) Lightweight Directory Access Protocol for further processing and making similar directory structure which was previously on google server.
