giini is a collection of website ratings/reviews created by the users of this giini extension. With this extension installed, you will be able to see these ratings and reviews. When you visit a website for the first time (or when you click the icon), a popup will appear on the top right corner with the ratings for that particular website. Depending on the ratings, we will show the popup in different colors and with the characters in the word "giini" glowing or not (see images). If the ratings are good, giini will be green. If the ratings are bad, giini will be red. If there are no ratings giini will be gray.
When you hover the popup, it will fold out and show the latest 5 reviews if there are any. You will also be able to write your own rating/review if you hover over "Your rating?". To rate and review a website you must register with a user (simple: name, email and password). After that, you can rate and review as many websites you want. You simply go to the website you want to review, click the icon and hover "giini" and selecting "Your rating?". This will open up a simple form you can fill out.
Giini will also blacklist certain websites. In this case, a big red popup - that fills out the entire screen - will show, and you will have to agree to continue at your own risk. This is to help protect you against scam websites.
