You can easily turn on and off the extension by clicking the extension button.
Platfor for Chrome only serves the matching Plat to you when the current URL of your browser changes and cannot access any of your browser activities or private information. The warning "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit' means this extension has the permission of Google for providing you the Plat on URL change.
