不動産売買及び賃貸借契約のを検討する際、水害リスクを考慮するのに役立ちます。
現在、対応している不動産情報サイトは suumo.jp のみです。
洪水高潮リスクマップは、国土地理院作成の地図に、
国土交通省が配布している「洪水浸水想定区域（想定最大規模）」のデータと、
「高潮浸水想定区域」のデータを、本拡張機能開発者が独自に重ねて表示したものです。
物件を中心とした、国土交通省が提供の重ねるハザードマップへのリンクも表示します。
重ねるハザードマップでは洪水・高潮リスクだけでなく、津波や、土砂災害リスク、各避難所の位置などについても確認できます。
※本拡張機能が表示する「洪水・高潮リスクマップ」は、水防法に基づき市町村が作成した水害ハザードマップではありません。
※宅地建物取引業者が重要事項説明を行う際は、必ず市町村の作成した水害ハザードマップをご利用ください。

Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
