An extension that allows you to save comments directly to Readwise.io as "tweets".
It currently supports:
* Hacker News
* Reddit (old.reddit.com only)
In order to set up the extension, you need to provide your token on the extension opens page. You can find your token at https://readwise.io/access_token.
