Video Cutter is a free video editing tool that allows you to combine multiple clips into one video or cut out unwanted parts.
Interface Video Cutter is very simple and does not contain any special settings. In the main window there are 2 tabs - Video Cutter and Video Joiner, respectively, for trimming and merging video. If there are unsuccessful episodes on the video that you want to delete, then in Video Cutter just specify the range of the desired video and click "Cut." If there are several of these parts that you can best combine into one video, go to the Video Joiner tab, add all the clips in the desired order and click "Join."
In Video Cutter, before each operation, a settings window is available in which you can select the video format (mp4, avi, flv, wmv, mov, mkv), sound and video quality, resolution, fps, save location and the name of the finished file.
