How to use it?
1. Select practice days. How many days in a week you want to practice? Remember that you get the best results by training daily!
2. Select interval hours at which you wish to be reminded. You will receive the notification at a time when you open your computer.
TIP: set broader intervals if you are not at your computer frequently. If you want to select specific hour, just set the interval from/to to the same time.
