By default keyboard hot-key is disabled. Please go to the option page to enable hot-key by setting a default interval.

1. Is it possible to keep refreshing until key pressed?
The timer is reset when a browser tab is reloaded, so the page will keep refreshed by interval until you manually cancel the timer on that browser tab.
