ENKICAPTURE is a free chrome extension that allows you to capture and annotate a CHROME web page. You can provide rich feedback with arrows, circles, and freehand drawing, and also add text to your captured image.
ENKICAPTURE is also an extension to ENKITIME that allows you to automatically send the capture / annotation into a web application for faster collaboration.
You can also use this tool FREELY as a standalone tool and download the *annoted* capture locally.
