1. Peek at annotation when hovering on highlight
2. In scope dropdown, colorize groups with annotations and display counts
3. Highlights are dimmed, bracketed by «angle quotes», and followed by a link icon, ????, which opens the associated annotation inline for viewing/replying. (Highly experimental, especially on PDFs!)
4. Remembered tags are drawn from a Google Doc which is specified in the extension's Options pane. It defaults to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XZZEtmMSgSWDL6y5086SoYs0bkLvoO0qumLf-qVxrZU, but you can change that to another doc that has a list of tags, one per line. The doc needs to be readable by the extension but you can keep the URL secret, or share it to use a common tag list with collaborators. You can still create ad-hoc tags too, but this extension won't remember them. To remember a tag, put it in the doc.
