This extension gives ability to leave comments on web-sites that don't suppot this. For example unregistered users can't leave comments on sites such as HabraHabr, GeekTimes. Also there are situations when some articles have duplicates on different sites like above this extension will show one single disscusion for all of duplicates that it sees for example LiveJournal sometimes have duplicates from HabraHabr.
