Every week, exciting new insights are reported about alterations that affect tumor response to therapies and prognosis. This extension helps keep the knowledge base of findings up to date.
While reading the clinical or preclinical literature, with this extension you can quickly submit any reported molecular alteration linked to therapeutic response and/or prognosis to the Molecular Oncology Almanac.The Molecular Oncology Almanac is an open-access paired interpretation algorithm and knowledge system for cancer genomic data, developed and maintained by the Van Allen Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Broad Institute (https://moalmanac.org/). All submissions will be reviewed before incorporating into the knowledge base.
