Simply click on the extension once when your meeting starts (even if all participants are not present) and every passing second, you will see the percentage of "Air Time" that person has taken during the meeting.
Click on the extension again (or close the tab) to stop the monitoring. When monitoring is stopped, you will see a notification with the full summary of results for each participant that spoke, stating how much "Air Time" the participant used.
This extension is meant as a tool to help coach colleagues, bosses, or anyone else in your organization! It can be used to prove that certain people on your team are taking up a larger proportion of the "Air Time" than they should and to give concrete data to start a real conversation about how to make sure all voices are included in virtual meetings.
It can also be used to help push people to speak up more! If you want to run meetings where you are not the one 'leading' and ensuring that others' voices are heard, use this tool to coach yourself and to make sure those in the meeting who aren't taking up their space have a chance to do so!
