Description

Battleship is a war-themed board game for two players in which the opponents try to guess the location of the other's various ships.

The object of the Battleship is to guess the location of the ships each player hides on a grid containing vertical and horizontal space coordinates.

In the Battleship game, all ships must be straight, not bent and "diagonal". The ships located on the Battleship field in such a way that there is always a gap between them. They should touch each other neither sides nor corners. In this case, the ships can touch the edges of the field and occupy the corners.

The Battleship board each player gets has two grids. One of the grids is used by the player to "hide" the location of his own ships, while the other grid is used to record the shots fired toward the opponent and to document whether those shots were hits or misses. The goal of the game is to sink all the opponent's ships by guessing their location on the grid.

The Battleship begins after all the ships have taken their positions. Click on the empty cells on the opponent's field and try to destroy all his ships.

The classic Battleship Game should have:
- 4 ships with one cell;
- 3 ships with 2 cells;
- 2 ships with 3 cells;
- 1 ship with 4 cells.

The Battleship game is played until the complete victory of one of the players, that is until all the ships of the opponent will be sunk.

What has inspired us?

Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
