HeSaidSheSaid is an extension that guesses the gender of authors of news articles as well as the gender of the person the article highlights. In addition it looks at the overall tone of the piece and tries to guess the genders of the author and subject.
This extension also allows you to categorize your current web page based on these categories to improve future guesses.
HeSaidSheSaid tests the idea that the news media treats different issues (and people) differently based on the genders of those involved.
