Gastrosurf is web based application prepared for medical professionals from wide range of departments. It provides fast and reliable way of estimating cancer surface and its percentage of total speciemen tissue. Gastrosurf is available both on desktop and mobile devices.
Gastrosurf was primarily created for surgerons, oncologists, and pathologists for analyzing speciemens of resected stomach.
Using Gastrosurf is easy and fast. To achive the best results follow steps below:
1. Put your specimen with cancer changes on flat surface
2. Put ruler near your specimen
3. Take a good quality, most parallel photo
4. Upload photo to Gastrosurf
5. Mark your ruler and establish its length and units
6. Mark outline of whole specimen
7. Mark outline of cancer tissue
8. Click analyze for creating report
