Copy with smart quotes. After enabling this extension and refreshing a document, anything you copy from a website will be converted to text and quotes " and ' converted to smart quotes “” and ‘’.
WARNING: this extension ruins copying images and formatting! Whenever the extension is enabled, only plain text is copied from webpages! When you want to copy anything other than plain text, you will have to disable the extension and refresh the webpage first.
The primary motivation is that the Substitutions > Replace All (to convert quotes to smart quotes) command is broken in Apple Pages 5.5.2, so I need some other way to convert quotes easily. (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5493334?tstart=0)
