Chrome is limiting the usage of Flash on mPandanda as of July 30, 2019. Despite the fact mPandanda is closing in late September, it still has to continue and run past the last day of July.
This plugin makes sure mPandanda and later its offline version will be available without restrictions until Flash is discontinued from Chrome in December 2020.
