모아카는 사람들이 정보를 수집하고 공유하는 경험에 새로운 방식을 제안하는 콘텐츠 유통 서비스입니다. 새로운 방식이란 집단을 통해 모여진 의견과 정보들을 누구나 공개적으로 접근하고 자유롭게 참여할 수 있는 오픈 콘텐츠 아카이빙 환경을 말합니다.
모아카에서 사람들은 다양한 목적을 위해 유용한 데이터들을 모두와 함께 수집, 분류, 설명, 평가하며 집단 지성에 기여합니다. 특정 주제 아래 재구성된 콘텐츠들은 해당 분야에서 지속적으로 활동하는 이용자들에 의해 다시 정제됩니다. 그러면 모아카는 이를 누구에게나 잘 전달될 수 있는 형태로 디자인합니다.
이렇게 모아카는 오픈 콘텐츠 허브이자, 콘텐츠를 통해 같은 목적을 지닌 사람들이 모일 수 있는 커뮤니티 장이 됩니다.
콘텐츠 아카이빙이란? 개인 및 단체가 활동하며 참고하는 수많은 데이터 중 가치가 있는 정보들을 재구성하고 선별하여 보관하는 장소(Archive), 또는 그 수집을 하는 행위 자체를 말합니다. 모아카에서는 누구나 콘텐츠 아카이빙 과정에 쉽게 참여할 수 있어, 특정 집단에게 유용한 정보들의 모음은 단순히 보관되는 것에 멈추지 않고 지속적으로 업데이트 되며 동시에 공유가 이루어집니다.
Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
