Quickly access the downloads window by clicking the icon instead
Click the downloads icon and you'll open Chrome downloads page. Useful for those who download a lot.

If you want to visit Chrome Downloads Manager, you must click the menu "Tools > Downloads", press the key "Ctrl + J" or type chrome://downloads in address bar.
