Current features implemented:
Bet System:
The streamers starts a viewer bet with the text ###START### in the chat. Every viewer can now give one bet. Only chat msg with only numbers counting. Multiple bets from the same viewer will be ignored. The first bet counts.
During bet round the streamer can see the number off different bets on the extension icon at the top left of chrome. With ###END### the streamer can stop the bet round. A new window pops up with all the different bets (sorted by number).
