The introduction of ChirpCal allows users to search for and post social calendar events on Twitter in a formatted and searchable way. ChirpCal uses a specific tweet format to make it easy for users to post tweets from any client, that can then be found using the ChirpCal website. You don't have to tweet using ChirpCal to share your events, but using the ChirpCal format will make it easier for everyone to find events in their area.
ChirpCal stays out of the way in a separate browser tab while the user is free to experience the full content offered by the social media providerʼs website. Find events near you by date and city fast and easy!
The best part is that there is no subscription necessary and ChirpCal can be used from any Chromebook, Chromebox, PC, Mac, or Linux computer. ChirpCal will even work with Android, iPad, and iPhone as many Twitter apps and pages are compatible with the devices.
