This extension is created for two purposes:
1) Filings we have visited in SEC EDGAR will be labeled with blue background.
2) Always Open a SEC filing in a new tab.
Chrome doesn't support some CSS property for "a:visited" due to security reasons. So I create this extension to label visited links with blue background.
In addition, we usually need to read multiple filings in SEC EDGAR. So it'll be more convenient if those links automatically open a new tab.
PS: This extension will only affect links in SEC EDGAR.
